Question 6

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are the universal currency for all generations on HappierHorse. Each video generation consumes credits based on resolution, duration, and whether audio is enabled. Subscription credits refresh monthly; one-time credits last 2 years.

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe with automatic currency conversion.

Question 8

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you keep all credits until they expire.

Question 9

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Accepted Answer

Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle. One-time credit packs remain available for 2 years from purchase. Credits from both sources are consumed oldest-first.

Question 10

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final: except where a refund is required by law, purchases are non-refundable once the order is placed. Credits for generations that fail because of a system error are returned to your account automatically. You can cancel future renewals at any time. See our Refund Policy for details.
